1. What Lumina Is

Lumina is a mobile app for natal chart computation, esoteric interpretations, tarot readings, and conversations with an AI guide in mystical, scientific, or friendly tones.

2. Entertainment Purpose

All interpretations, predictions, and computations in Lumina are provided for entertainment purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional advice from a psychologist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other qualified professional. Do not make decisions about health, finances, relationships, or other important life matters based solely on the app's content.

3. Account

• Some features require registration.
• You agree to provide accurate contact information (email).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts may be removed.
• Minimum age: 13.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for unlawful activity.
• Disrupt the service (DDoS, exploits, reverse engineering).
• Create accounts via automated means (bots).
• Attempt to bypass authentication or paid features.
• Submit or transmit through AI chat content that violates laws or third-party rights.

5. AI and User Content

Responses from the AI guide are generated automatically based on your input. They don't reflect the views of the developer. We are not responsible for specific contents of responses. The AI can make mistakes, give inaccurate or absurd answers.

Your AI chat input is not used to train third-party models. See Privacy Policy.

6. Paid Features

Some features may be offered by subscription:

• Subscription price and term are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is processed via App Store / Google Play / other payment systems.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24+ hours before the period ends.
• Refunds follow the policies of the payment platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its code, design, text, and visual elements are property of the developer. All rights reserved. Copying, modification, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscription in the last month.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violation, without refund for the remaining subscription period. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Parties commit to attempt amicable resolution before judicial proceedings.
